§ 01 · Cancelling
Stop any time.
- Auto-renew is optional. Turn it off any time in Settings → Subscription on web and Windows. No further charges are made, and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- One-time payments never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
- We email you before each automatic charge: 7 days before the first charge after your free month and before yearly renewals, 3 days before monthly renewals. Our billing email comes from billing@adamanture.com (Adamanture Private Limited), and replies go to support@adamanture.com. Razorpay also emails you about auto-renew.
§ 02 · Refunds
When you get money back.
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| An automatic charge, including the first one after your free month | A full refund if you ask within 7 days of the charge, once per account. Ask in the app (Settings → Subscription) or by email. The refund also turns auto-renew off and ends that period's access immediately. Further refund requests go to support and are decided case by case. |
| A one-time payment | Not refunded for a change of mind. Every account starts with 30 free days, so you can try Unlike Mail first. |
| A duplicate or wrong charge | Always refunded in full. |
| We fail to provide the service | Refunded in full or pro rata, at our discretion. |
| You delete your account | Auto-renew is cancelled. Time you have already paid for is not refunded. |
§ 03 · Getting Paid Back
How a refund reaches you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the original currency (rupees or US dollars). They reach you in 5–7 working days.
§ 04 · Asking
How to ask for one.
Ask in the app (Settings → Subscription), or email support@adamanture.com from the address you signed up with, with the date and amount of the charge. A human reads it; see Contact for how fast we reply.
